Assumptions
- Mix ratios follow site practice for general structural work — confirm with your structural engineer on critical elements.
- Default wastage allowance is included; increase it for pump lines, uneven subgrade, or spillage-heavy pours.
- Bag counts are rounded up to whole 50 kg cement bags.
Worked example
A 3.6 m × 3.6 m slab at 150 mm thickness is about 1.94 m³ before wastage. At 1:2:4 with 5% wastage you would allow roughly 12 bags of cement plus sand and granite as shown in the results.
